Directions for use

Dead Sea Salts should be dissolved in the bath water in the following quantities:
For Psoriasis: 1kg in warm water (37°C). Soak for 20 minutes, rinse off and relax for ½ hour. Repeat every third day. For children under 10 years of age use ¼ kg (or as advised) per bath.
For Eczema: ¼ to ½ kg in lukewarm water, soak for 20 minutes, rinse and relax. Repeat every third day. For babies, use 1 heaped tablespoonful in a baby bath with a few drops of Spa Magik Skin Softener: repeat every other day.
For Arthritis: ½-1kg in a warm bath. Repeat daily.
For sprains, bruises, strains, open wounds~ ¼ to 1 kg in a warm bath.
For Relaxation: 1 handful in a warm bath.

N.B. As a general guide, the higher the mineral concentration in the water the better the result.

DEAD SEA BATH SALTS TREATMENT REGIME

Step 1

Light some candles around the bath to create an at home spa ambiance.

Step 2

Add Spa Magik Refreshing Bath Shower Gel and 2-3 handfuls of Dead Sea Salts to warm running water.

Step 3

Step into your bath, letting the Dead Sea Salts work their magik… detoxing, distressing and hydrating you. Lie back and relax for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Rinse hair with clean warm water. Apply Spa Magik Mineral Shampoo and massage into hair and scalp for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

On clean wet hair apply Spa Magik Conditioning Scalp Mud to hair and scalp. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with clean water.

Step 6

Step out the bath and pat body dry. Apply Spa Magik Silky Smooth Body Lotion all over your body.

Step 7

For areas of particular dryness, or for patches of eczema or psoriasis apply Spa Magik Skin Softener for deep hydration.

Step 8

Add some Spa Magik Super Hand Cream to your hands and gently massage in. Use with Spa Moisture Gloves overnight for a super soft feel.
